Definition of Inner Product
                   For and , the inner-product of  u  and  v  is defined by,
                                    
                  Geometrically, if   and    then       is nothing but the area of parallelogram OBDC,

                  which is same as the area of the rectangle OFEC

                  Since,

                  Hence, we conclude that the Area of OFEC is equal to the Area of OBCD
